Pak G is built specifically for players in Pakistan. Account & Registration

Visit the Register page and fill in your mobile number or email address, choose a password and confirm your details. You will receive a verification code on your registered number or email — enter that to activate your account. The whole process takes under five minutes. Make sure you are 18 or above before signing up, as Pak G is strictly for adults only.

Standard verification requires a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). In some cases you may also be asked to confirm your mobile number ownership via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Documents are reviewed within 24 hours in most cases. Verified accounts have higher withdrawal limits and access to all platform features.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. A one-time reset code will be sent to that contact. Enter the code on the next screen, set a new password and you are back in. If you no longer have access to your registered contact, reach out to the support team via live chat for assisted account recovery.

No. Each player is only permitted one Pak G account. Duplicate accounts are identified during the verification process and both accounts may be permanently closed. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, use the password reset option or contact support — do not create a second account as a workaround.

Log in to your account and go to Profile Settings. From there you can update your contact details. A verification code will be sent to both the old and new contact to confirm the change. If you no longer have access to your old number or email, contact support directly with proof of identity and they will assist with the update.
Deposits & Payments

Pak G accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets available in Pakistan. All transactions are processed in PKR. The available options are displayed at the deposit screen so you can choose whichever method is most convenient for you.

The minimum deposit amount varies slightly by payment method. For JazzCash and Easypaisa the minimum is generally a small amount in PKR, making it accessible for players who want to start with a modest budget. The exact minimums are shown at the deposit screen for each payment method before you confirm any transaction.

Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa reflect instantly or within a few minutes. Bank Transfers and Raast may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, check your transaction history in the account wallet section. If the amount was deducted from your mobile wallet or bank but has not reflected on Pak G, contact support with your transaction reference number and the team will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Pak G does not charge any platform fees on deposits. Your PKR balance will be credited with the full amount you send. Note that your own mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees depending on the type of transfer — this is outside Pak G's control. Check your JazzCash or Easypaisa app for any applicable service charges before sending.
Withdrawals

Go to the Withdrawal section in your account, select your preferred payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm. Your account must be verified before your first withdrawal can be processed. Once submitted, withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours to one business day depending on the payment method.

There are a few common reasons a withdrawal may take longer than expected. Your account verification may be incomplete or a document may be pending review. You may have an active bonus with remaining wagering requirements attached to your balance. Occasionally, bank-side processing delays during weekends or public holidays in Pakistan can extend timelines. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours without a status update, contact support via live chat with your withdrawal reference number.

Yes, both minimums and maximums apply and they vary by payment method. The specific limits for each payment option are shown clearly in the Withdrawal section of your account before you confirm a request. Fully verified accounts generally have access to higher withdrawal limits. If you regularly withdraw larger amounts, make sure your verification is fully complete to avoid unnecessary delays.

For security reasons, withdrawals to JazzCash or Easypaisa are processed to the mobile number linked to your verified Pak G account. If your number has changed, update your account contact details first — see the Account section of this FAQ for how to do that. This policy protects your PKR balance from being redirected to an unauthorised number.
Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket is the primary focus at Pak G, including all Pakistan international matches, the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 World Cup fixtures and other major bilateral series. Live betting (also called in-play betting) lets you place bets while a Cricket match is in progress. Odds update in real time based on the current match situation — the score, wickets fallen, run rate, overs remaining and other factors all influence the odds moment by moment. To place a live bet, go to the Bet page during an active match, select the live market you want and confirm your stake in PKR. Be aware that odds can change quickly so it is worth acting fast once you have made your decision.

Winnings from settled bets are credited to your PKR wallet automatically as soon as the result is confirmed and the market is settled. For Cricket matches this typically happens within minutes of the final ball being bowled. You will see the updated balance in your account dashboard. If a bet remains unsettled beyond the expected settlement time, check the match status — delays can occur if a result is under official review.

If a Cricket match is officially abandoned, cancelled or not completed within the required timeframe, most pre-match bets are voided and your full stake is returned to your PKR wallet. In-play bets may be settled differently depending on how much of the match was completed before abandonment. Slots, Live Casino & Bingo

If your connection drops during a Slot spin or Live Casino hand, the game server continues processing the round based on the action that was already confirmed. When you reconnect, the result will be displayed and any winnings will already be credited to your PKR wallet. For Bingo, your purchased cards continue to play in the room even if you are temporarily disconnected — you will see the final result when you rejoin. Your PKR balance is never affected by a connection interruption on Pak G's end.
Responsible Gaming

Go to your account settings and look for the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before it comes into effect, while reducing a limit is applied straight away. These tools are designed to help you stay within a budget that is comfortable for you.

Yes. Pak G offers cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. A cooling-off period temporarily restricts your access for a chosen length of time — from 24 hours up to several weeks. Self-exclusion is a longer-term option for players who feel they need a more extended break. Both options are available in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. You can set a session time limit in your account settings. When you have been logged in and actively playing for that amount of time, you will receive an on-screen notification reminding you that your set limit has been reached. The timer applies across all sections of the platform — Cricket betting, Slots, Live Casino and Bingo all count toward the same session clock. This is a self-management tool and is only as effective as the limits you choose to set for yourself.

Pak G is strictly for players who are 18 years of age or older. During the account verification process, your age is confirmed via CNIC.
