Each individual is permitted to hold only one Pak G account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, any outstanding balances may be reviewed, and withdrawals may be restricted pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account, including your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Pak G staff will never ask you for your password through any channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. You should also change your password right away.
Pak G accounts operate exclusively in PK R (Pakistani Rupees). There is no option to switch to another currency. All displayed balances, bet amounts, deposit values and withdrawal amounts are in PKR.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Pak G reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period, subject to prior notification. Details of the applicable fee will be communicated to the registered contact number or through the platform before any deduction is made.
You may request to close your Pak G account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after applicable checks are completed. Pak G also reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these terms.
Pak G supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR. There are no conversion fees applied by Pak G on deposits — the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account.
Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the payment method selected. Current minimum amounts are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of deposit. These amounts may be updated from time to time and the platform will always show the current applicable minimums.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are generally credited quickly due to the nature of Pakistan's mobile wallet infrastructure. Raast transfers are also typically fast. Bank transfer deposits follow standard banking processing schedules and may take longer during weekends and public holidays.
Only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds from a payment account that is not registered in your own name is not permitted. Pak G reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and request additional verification if there is a mismatch between the deposit source and the registered account holder's identity.
Note: Do not use someone else's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account to fund your Pak G account. Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. All withdrawals are in PKR. Pak G does not charge processing fees on withdrawals from the platform side, though your payment provider may have their own applicable charges.
Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement. Once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawal requests are processed without needing to re-submit documents unless there is a specific reason to request updated verification.
Pak G aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method and the processing schedules of the relevant payment provider. JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfer withdrawals. Weekend and public holiday requests may experience additional processing delays.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method. Current limits are shown in your account at the time of making a withdrawal request. Players wishing to withdraw amounts above standard limits may be asked to complete enhanced verification.
Good to know: Completing account verification as soon as you register means your first withdrawal request will not be delayed by a pending verification process. This is especially useful if you want to cash out quickly after a win.
All bets placed on Pak G are subject to these general terms as well as any specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game type. For cricket — including international fixtures, Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches and T20 tournaments — specific market rules apply and are displayed alongside each market.
Pak G reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion. This includes situations where a bet appears to be based on information that is not publicly available, where odds were published in error, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity.
Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play markets move quickly, particularly during live cricket and football matches, and prices may fluctuate significantly.
A bet may be voided if: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; odds were published due to a technical error; or there is evidence of match irregularities. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.
Casino games including Slots, Live Casino tables and Bingo operate on random number generation or live dealer dealing procedures. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game. Pak G does not guarantee any specific outcome in any game. All gaming activity is for entertainment purposes only.
Esports markets covering CS2, Dota 2, Valorant and other titles are subject to the same general betting rules. Tournament-specific rules — including how walkovers, format changes and disqualifications are handled — are published alongside the relevant markets.
Pak G may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers and other promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before opting in.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be bet before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and any game contribution weightings are stated in the specific promotion terms. Sports betting and casino games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements.
Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds in a way that is designed purely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or any other form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. Pak G reserves the right to remove bonuses, cancel winnings derived from abused bonuses and close accounts involved in bonus abuse.
Bonus credits and free bets expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated. Check your account regularly to monitor any active bonus expiry dates.

Pak G monitors betting patterns and account activity to detect irregular behaviour. Where such behaviour is identified, the platform reserves the right to take action without prior notice, including account suspension, withholding of funds pending investigation and permanent closure.
Serious breach: Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit platform errors or engage in fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure. Funds associated with fraudulent activity will not be returned.

Pak G aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside Pak G's control. If a bet is placed in error — for example, on the wrong outcome or at the wrong stake — it is the player's responsibility to check their bet slip before confirming. Bets confirmed by the player are binding. Pak G will investigate genuine technical errors (such as a system failure that caused a bet to be placed without the player's confirmation) on a case-by-case basis.
If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome, transaction or account decision, contact Pak G support within 30 days of the relevant event. Provide your account details, the specific transaction or bet reference and the nature of your dispute. Our team will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be considered.
Pak G's liability to any player is limited to the return of stakes on bets that are confirmed as void or affected by genuine platform error.
